The location was excellent and fantastic, for example, parking was just a short walk away from the hotel. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. It had a good restaurant. You guys made my stay just perfect.

Loved the individually designed rooms, they were beautifully decorated and had modern fittings. The complementary tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch. Location was perfect, only a few hundred yards from the old town. Really enjoyed the balcony in the room, great for having a glass of wine and enjoying the view.

We had to keep asking for fresh towels and toilet roll, and it took a long time to get a response. the shower room had no curtains, which made it very slippery and quite dangerous.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with modern furniture, including a balcony in the master bedroom, and offered all the necessary amenities.
